Regular service & maintenance from Metro helped us to get a few more years out of our old system. Eventually our A/C did give out (this summer); Metro did a great job of installing our new system, & ensuring all the details were attended to. Special shout out to Jim! Thank you!!

My AC went out when we had consecutive 90+ degree days and the company I had been using said it would be more expensive to try and fix then replace and quoted me a price, which I felt was way out of line. Metro Comfort was highly recommended to me and when I looked them up and they had fantastic reviews. I called on a Monday, and even though they were busy Jim Frey came out the same day, quoted, (which was $2,100 cheaper then the other quote I got), me and I was able to get a new AC the next day.I would highly recommend Metro Comfort to anyone.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Friday night with a heat advisory projected to last through the weekend. I called the folks that had maintained my HVAC system in the past and they couldn’t get me in until the following Wednesday…..and never even called back to follow-up on that offer when I agreed to be on their waiting list. Thankfully, Metro Comfort squeezed me in miraculously the next day by 1:00. They were amazingly kind, did a great job, explained what they were doing, and had everything up and working quickly. They even sent a thank you note the next week!!! I am the thankful one in this situation. I will be using them for all relevant services and highly recommend them to others as well.
